Manually Add Résumé Details
If you do not have a résumé or curriculum vitae (CV) for a job seeker, you can create information for one on the Add a Résumé screen.
To manually enter contact information for a job seeker:
- Click .
- On the Add a Résumé screen, enter the job seeker's name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, specify the referral source, and complete the other fields as appropriate.

In the
Additional Actions drop-down list, select one of the following additional steps if necessary, and click
Continue.
Option Description Enter Résumé
Select this to proceed to the Enter Résumé screen and upload a résumé file.
Invite to Submit Résumé to Requisition
Use this to invite the selected individuals to their résumé to a particular requisition. Each selected individual will receive an email with a link to the requisition. Select this to send an email invitation to the job seeker to submit an application to an active requisition
Add as a Candidate to this Requisition
Use this to add the selected individuals to a particular requisition and flag them as Candidates. Select this to add the job seeker to an active requisition.
